    • Brooks guesthouse is a friendly family run guesthouse in Bath city centre.

    All the rooms are uniquely styled and individual, with new pocket sprung mattresses, cotton bed linen, fluffy bath sheets, flat screen TV's and DVD players.

    Free access to the Internet is available on a laptop in the guest lounge; free Wifi is available throughout the guesthouse.

    We have 21 bedrooms ranging from family rooms to single rooms, 19 of which have ens-uite bathrooms; three rooms have been upgraded with new bathrooms 18 bathrooms are a three star standard and will be upgraded on an ongoing basis.

    We love our food, so we have sourced the best local suppliers, to offer you the choice of a free range full English breakfast, vegetarian breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, home made muesli, granola and organic yoghurt and compotes; We also supply fair trade tea and coffee.

    Our facilities include a guest fridge for your use, situated by the breakfast room; an honesty bar so you can help yourself to a drink after a busy day visiting Bath's tourist attractions and an open log fire in our guest lounge, with a selection of newspapers and magazines available.

    Parking permits and thermae spa vouchers are available from reception.

    At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A46 heading to Bath 7.7 miles - 12 mins.
    Go through 1 roundabout, take the ramp 0.2 miles.
    At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A4/London Rd.W.
    Go through 1 roundabout 1.7 miles 5 mins.
    Turn left at A4/Gay St. Continue to follow A4 0.1 miles 1 min.
    Turn right at A4/Queen Square 203 ft
    Turn left to stay on A4/Queen Square 52 ft.
    Turn left at A4/Queen Square Pl 0.2 miles 1 min.
    Continue to follow A4 towards Bristol.
