    Helen and Roy offer a warm friendly welcome to all our guests, in a rural setting, in the heart of the countryside.

    We have beautiful panoramic, field views from every window, enjoy the large south-facing terrace and relaxing, well kept garden. Two local inns are within walking distance. Off road parking is also available.

    The elegant rooms are individually and tastefully decorated with beautiful soft furnishings; Retire to a comfortable bed and let your cares float away.

    Each double bedroom has a luxury en-suite shower room, radio alarm, hairdryer, shaver point and free tea and coffee making facilities. Full central heating throughout.

    A hearty homemade breakfast, made with local Yorkshire produce is served in a traditional dining room. Sitting room is available to guests with a colour TV, DVDs and plenty of books.Wireless internet connection available.
    The area has lots to offer, the historic village of Rothwell is only one and a half miles away, both Leeds and Wakefield are within easy reach with great shopping, art galleries and night life.

    A fantastic base from which to explore the Yorkshire Dales and the Eastcoast.
