    Just 3/4 of a mile from Kingussie (a 12 minute walk) overlooking the RSPB Reserve and Insh Marshes in a quiet and scenic location set in 2 acres. Surrounded by rolling fields with views of the mountains and down the valley.

    Spacious super-kingsize double rooms with handmade furniture and plenty of character. 'The Old Tractor Shed' has a high ceiling and wooden beams with large ensuite shower and separate bath, WC. The spacious 'Dairy Room' also has ensuite shower, WC. Wooden floors throughout all rooms. Both rooms offer TV, DVD, coffee and tea.

    The guest lounge has a log burning stove and easy chairs for relaxing.

    A full Scottish breakfast is included in the price. Home made bread and home made marmalade and jams. Vegetarian options - try the pancakes with fresh fruit and maple syrup.

    Plenty of parking, outdoor seating, large tree lined garden. Storage area for skis and mountain bikes.

    Just 12 miles south of Aviemore and ideally located for winter skiing (19 miles) and summer watersports (6 miles). Many visitor attactions, golf courses, whisky distilleries nearby.
