Now in its third season,Swallows Loft is a quality Bed and Breakfast Suite.
The suite comprises a comfortable sitting room and double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Accessed by it's own external staircase Swallows Loft enjoys panoramic countryside views, with tantalising glimpses of the sea.
Peacefully located, within 2 miles of Saundersfoot and
5 miles of Tenby, Swallows Loft is a bit of a discovery !
The suite has been created to offer guests a Bed & Breakfast experience with a difference.
Visitors to our only Guest Suite, can rely upon our undivided attention during their stay.
Guests seeking privacy and the freedom to come and go as they please, will find the suite separate from the main house, with it's own access, a perfect retreat.

| Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. Double Occupancy: £60.00 - £70.00 per night for the suite. Single Occupancy: £45.00 - £55.00 per night for the suite. What's included? The Suite: Sitting Room and Breakfast Suite / Double Bedroom / En-Suite Shower Room / Central Heating / Fridge / Tea/Coffee making / 21" Freeview TV / Hair Dryer / Bed Linen and Towels./ Breakfast / Car Parking adjacent to accommodation. Terms Guests may pay in cash or by cheque subject to 3 days clearance. Advance reservations will be held for 5 days to allow for a 50% deposit to be received. Reservations become confirmed bookings once deposit payments are cleared. The balance is payable on arrival. We do not accept payment by cards. Cancellation Insurance - strongly recommended! In the event of guests requesting alterations to, or cancellations of their bookings we will only consider refunds where we have been successful in re-letting the suite on the altered / cancelled dates. Open All Year - arrivals from 12 noon, departures by 10.30am. |

| From Carmarthen / St Clears on A477: About 6 miles after Red Roses, take right turn signed KILGETTY. In about 150 metres turn sharp left signed SARDIS. In about 1 mile look for entrance driveway on right signed "WINDY HILL".(stonework walls). Turn sharp right into drive for Windy Hill. Our entrance is about 30 metres on the right, by the blue mailbox. |
