    A 17th century country Wealden Cottage, considerably extended by the present owners' craftsmanship, with oak felled by the "great storm" of 1987; set in idyllic, peaceful countryside, within walking distance of Sissinghurst Castle Gardens and Three Chimneys Pub/Restaurant.

    This is an ideal location for visiting gardens (Sissinghurst, Pashley Manor, Merriments, Emmetts, Yalding, Groombridge and many more; castles (Leeds, Hever, Scotney, and Bodiam) and historic houses (Chartwell, Knole, Ightham Mote, Finchcocks, Batemans, and others).

    London is within an hour's train journey, as are the Channel ports.

    Full English breakfast included. Tea and coffee making facilities provided in rooms.

    Off-road car parking available. Can accommodate families on request. Sorry, no pets with the exception of guide dogs.

    Then take the NEXT IMMEDIATE left and follow the lane for approx. half a mile and Bettenham B&B will be on the left hand side.
