    Approaching from the A19 North or South bound:
    Take the A689 turn off to Hartlepool.
    Proceed over the first roundabout near the entrance to services, then double back on yourself at Wolviston roundabout.
    Enter Wolviston Village, go past the
    village green, turn right and go past the duck pond to "T" junction and turn left.
    Proceed along the road past garden centre and turn right just before the bridge over the A19.
    Follow track for approx 1mile (5mins) Arrive at Rosedene House.
