    Breezes Guest House is a family run Guest House with superior sized light, airy rooms all with the following facilities:

    We have a massive DVD collection for use by guests on request.

    The accommodation comprises on 1st floor a double on-suite, on 2nd floor 1 double and one twin room.

    Ground flour separate dining room with wooden floors and access to rear decked, walled and heated patio with smoking area and seating.

    We are 5 minutes drive from the new Drake Circus indoor shopping centre, Plymouth Pannier market, Theatre Royal, Pavillions, Plymouth University, Museum, Library, the Hoe with spectacular views over Plymouth Sound (a Natural Harbour) and The Historical Barbican where there are numerous boat trips avaialable to the beautiful River Tamar.

    The Vue Leisure Centre is 10 minutes away which hosts a multi screen cinema, various resturants and a bowling alley.

    The Gateway to Cornwall via Torpoint ferry and the Tamar bridge are 5 minutes away.

    Dartmoor National Park, Saltram house, Cremyll Ferry and Bovisands Dive Centre are all 20 minutes away.

    Brittany Ferries are 10 minutes away where a short cruise will take you to France (Roscoff)or a mini cruise to Spain (Santander).

    Directions
    From A38:
    Take the filter lane towards the City Centre passed Sainsbury's supermarket. Follow signs for City Centre until you reach roundabout with bombed out church. (Drakes Circus shopping centre is straight ahead). Take second exit keeping shopping centre to your left. Follow road through two sets of lights bearing left. At next roundabout take second exit following road to Liskeard. Go under railway bridge. At next roundabout take first left. Follow road around and at next roundabout take first left. Follow road until you come to set of traffic lights. Go through lights passing Millbridge Inn pub and take first right into Valletort road. Follow road around till next major junction turn right into Devonport road. We are on the left hand side just over railway bridge.
