Carony is a detached property built in the early 1950s. It is situated on the edge of Indian Queens village, tucked out of the way at the bottom of a quiet lane.

The neighbouring villages of Fraddon and St Columb Road are within a few minutes walk.

There are several places to eat out in the area, including the local award winning Fish & Chip Shop, with Restaurant, a Chinese Restaurant, plus a great Public House serving home cooked food.

There are several shops, a post office and a couple of cash points all within walking distance.

A mile away at Fraddon is Kingsley Village, a large shopping outlet, specialising in Cornish food and crafts, retail clothing outlets, plus a coffee bar and restaurant on site.

Being centrally placed makes Carony an ideal base for visiting the many attractions of Cornwall.

The world famous Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a thirty minute drive, as are the beaches at Newquay, Padstow and Perranporth.

The towns of Bodmin, St Austell and the beautiful city of Truro are all just 12 miles away.

If you prefer to leave the car behind there are good local bus services, with connections all over the County.

Carony is the perfect choice for those wishing to 'get away from it all'. There are stunning panoramic scenes of open countryside from all rooms, and distant views of the Atlantic Ocean can be seen from the Guest Garden, the perfect spot for watching the sunset after a busy day.

There are three clean, bright and tastefully decorated rooms, a single, double and twin.

All rooms have wash hand basins, hospitality trays, hairdryers, clock/radios. An iron and ironing board are available. There is a large Guest Bathroom.

A full cooked Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 9.00am in the sunny Dining Room, overlooking the garden. Vegetarians are catered for, as are those with a lighter appetite or special dietary needs (advance notice please).

Plenty of parking space is available on the large private drive.
    Cyclists and Walkers are welcome.

Unfortunately pets are not accepted and Carony is not suitable for children.

    Strictly No Smoking.
