    This grade 2 listed 350 year old farmhouse, is situated near the village of Trefeglwys and set in a sheltered dip up in the Montgomeryshire hills in the heart of Mid Wales.

    Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding hills, the sound of the stream running through the garden and the expanse of the sky which, on a cloudless night can reveal a thousand stars...

    It is just one hour's drive West to the sea from Berthlas to the busy, popular university town and resort of Aberystwyth.

    We are a mere 40 minutes drive to Machynlleth and The Centre for Alternative Technology.

    A little over one hour's drive south is Hay-on-Wye; the town of books and its annual literary festival.
    Also only 15 minutes away from the Trefeglwys shooting range.
    The Red Lion Inn is 10 minutes away.

    Pricing and Opening Times
    Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.

    Double Room: £50.00 per night. (Single occupancy £40.00).

    Twin bedded room: £25.00 per person per night.

    Children 12 years and under: £12.50 per night. There is no charge for babies under 1 year old.
    Supper (by arrangement) £15.00 per person.

    From late March onwards.
