    We have seven en-suite bedrooms with Freeview TV, small fridge, tea/coffee tray and alarm/radio.

    We are just a 5 minute walk from the University.

    Free Internet access. WI-FI in all bedrooms, if your laptop is WI-FI enabled; we also have a PC in reception for guests exclusive use;
    check emails or surf the Internet - no time restrictions and totally free.

    We have space for ten cars in our car park and we only have seven rooms; this is not tandem parking and you are never obstucted. (We never ask for your car keys to be left in reception).

    We are situated on the A165 and just a five minute walk to the University, which means we are in an ideal location for student interviews and parental visits.

    Regret, we can only accept children between the age of 6-14 years, but dogs are very welcome and always have a sausage for breakfast (if allowed).Lynne & Bill.

    Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn.

    Our tariff is; £25.00 - £27.00 per person per night B&B.
    The higher rate also includes Bank Holidays.

    Brambles Lodge is open from February to mid-November.
