  • Rooms are large and bright.
  • Great location.

  • Ard-Na-Said is a Victorian house, which was built in 1875; it is set in attractive gardens in a quiet residential area yet only 1.5 miles to the railway station.

Only 100 metres from an excellent bus service that offers a speedy access to
    the heart of Edinburgh.

We are close to Arthur's seat and Holy Rood Park, where the best views are to be
    found.

Within walking distance we have golf, swimming and local shops and also close to the University Halls.

Bedrooms are large, and finished to a very high standard, while retaining many
of the Victorian features including the wonderful cornices.

In all rooms you will find central heating, tea/coffee, televisions and hairdryers.
