    Double and single rooms available, non smoking. TV and tea/coffee making facilities in all rooms.

    The price shown includes a choice of breakfast, typically fruit juice, cereals, fruit and/or yogurt, a choice of cooked breakfast including free-range eggs, bread/toast with marmalade and jam, plus a cafetiere of coffee or pot of tea.

    All reservations require a 50% deposit by cheque, as we are unable to accept credit cards. Deposit refundable if notified at least 48 hours before arrival. Please make cheques payable to Mr P Baxter.
