Model Farm Bed and Breakfast is a beautifuly situated farmhouse, located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Harbury, within the serene Warwickshire countryside.
The house is newly built and boasts 14 acres of its own land, with a spacious garden and patio area.
The accommodation comprises of good sized double bedrooms, with tea and coffee making facilities and freeview television in each room; the bathroom facilities are shared.
There is ample off road parking.
The local area has many historical attractions and fantastic access to countryside walks.
Towns in the local area include: Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Shakespeare's Stratford-Upon-Avon, the small market town of Southam and a short drive to Coventry, Birmingham and the Cotswolds.
Local attractions include: Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Heritage Motor Centre, Chesterton Windmill, Leamington Pump Rooms and Gallery, Charlecote Park, National Agricultural Centre, Royal Priors Shopping centre, Compton Verney, Hatton Country World, Jephsons Gardens, Redwings Rescue Centre, Stoneleigh Abbey, Stoneleigh Park and Warwick University.
Birmingham is only a short drive away, with all of its amusements.
For the racing enthusiasts there is Stratford and Warwick Racecourses.

| Model Farm lies just on the outskirts of the village of Harbury which is located in the historic county of Warwickshire. Harbury is about five miles South East of Royal Leamington Spa and three miles South West of Southam. From M40 leave at Junction 12: Head towards Bishops Itchington. Entering the village you will come to a mini roundabout, where you turn left up the hill. Follow the road for a couple of miles and at the point the road bears sharp left and with Thwaites Estate entrance on your left, turn right into Bush Heath Road towards Harbury. Follow the road and just after the 40 mph speed limit signs, turn right into Model Farm's Driveway. There is a wooden double gate - continue down the drive and Model Farm house is on the right. |
