    Set in the gardens of Woodside Cottage, overlooking the duckpond, on a quiet,unspoilt country lane. A perfect retreat for exploring the Cheshire countryside, or to simply relax and enjoy the immediate surroundings.

    An area rich in wildlife and perfect for walks - whatever the season; bridlepath and Acre Nook (popular location with bird watchers) - literally, through the garden gate.

    Ideally situated for visiting the National Trust properties in the area and within walking distance of Capesthorne Hall and Redesmere Lake; the famous Jodrell Bank Visitor Centre and Arboretum is a five minute drive away.

    The Lodge offers private and peaceful accommodation, with comfortable lounge and woodburning stove; double bedroom leading to guests own garden area; fully equipped, modern shower room.

    Breakfast is served in the conservatory at Woodside Cottage - with eggs supplied courtesy of our resident hens.

    Several charming, cosy pubs, serving excellent food, can be found in Lower Withington and the surrounding villages.
