    Hamilton House is a centrally located family run guest house in Dumfries, which has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and offers six comfortable, spacious, en-suite bedrooms.

    All bedrooms are tastefuly decorated with soft colours and complimented with mahogany furniture, to give our guests a sense of luxury and tranquility.

    For added comfort all rooms have LCD digital TV, hospitality tray and hairdryer.

    Certain rooms can be easily adapted to accommodate three people or more.

    A choice of cereal, fruit, yoghurt and a full Scottish breakfast is on offer in the Breakfast Room, which adjoins a comfortable lounge for our guests to relax in.

    A private car park is to the rear of the Guest House.

    Free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the property.

    Hamilton House operates a non-smoking policy.

    The Guest House is situated 250m from Dumfries Railway Station and is approximately 10 minutes walk from Dumfries Town Centre.

    Dumfries has a variety of excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
