Field View is a warm and welcoming Bed and Breakfast, located in the unique setting of the North Yorkshire countryside.

Our accommodation is decorated and furnished to a high modern standard and our friendly and helpful staff aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Wake up to a full English Breakfast, which is certain to set you up for a day packed with the wide range of activities on offer; empty plates always return to the kitchen. so our breakfast speaks for itself.

Field View Bed and Breakfast is a family business and has been in operation for over 20 years.

It is owned and managed by Steve and Vicky Holden who bought the premises in 2007 and re-designed the rooms and renovated the communal areas, to a very modern high standard.

We aim to ensure that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.

Our Rooms:
There are 15 rooms at Field View Bed and Breakfast; all are decorated in subtle, relaxing shades of brown and cream and appropriately furnished to guests requirements.

Transport links are excellent and we are only a short distance from the lively historic market town of Yarm - renowned for it's diverse shops, restaurants and buzzing night-life.

Nestled in a loop of the River Tees, Yarm is ideal for walking and is also popular for water-sport activities and golf.
