Old Salty House is a small and friendly B&B ideally situated just 25yds from the harbour and back beach and 100yds from the seafront; the town centre is a five minute level walk away.
All of our rooms have en-suite shower rooms, are comfortably furnished, spacious and airy. We have 2 double rooms and one room that is either a twin or a superking-size.
A hearty breakfast is served between 8am - 9.15am, using local produce wherever possible. Breakfast includes a Full English, fruit salad, cereal, juices and hot crumpets.
Children over the age of 12 years are very welcome at Old Salty House.

Spend time on our lovely, safe, clean beach, or explore the town with its many cafes, shops and excellent leisure facilities; including adventure golf, a traditional pier, bowling green, tennis courts and theatre.
For those who like to explore the surrounding area we are a 20min drive from Dartmoor and 1.5hrs from Cornwalls Eden Project. Torquay, Paignton, Dartmouth, Dawlish and Brixham are all close by and can be reached by our excellent public transport links.

| u>By Road from M5 South: Take A380 Torquay road, then B3192 down into Teignmouth. At T-Junction traffic lights, go left then immediately right signed 'Quay'. 2nd left into Quay Rd. At the T-Junction go right, road bears left, Old Salty House is 30m on left, next to Keats House and opposite Drakes Hotel. Teignmouth Railway Station: is a level 5-10min walk or short taxi ride away. On foot from the railway station go Right out of the station along the main road. Pass the Fire Station on your left and follow the footpath down to the left. Cross the road between the railings and go down Fore St. This leads onto Northumberland Place. Keep going ahead and you will find us almost at the other end, on the left opposite Drakes. |
