A well kept Victorian home, five minutes from beach

The accommodation comprises;

A large ensuite room, with king size bed and an extra sofa-bed for children, overlooking the rear garden and Totland common at the front.

One large twin bedded room with wash basin and a sofa bed for children, overlooking Totland common.

One twin-bedded room with washbasin, overlooking Totland common;
shared bathroom with an over-bath electric shower. There is also a separate toilet facility.

A large landing provides extra sitting area for our guests.

The dining room has access to the garden via the original Victorian porch and conservatory.

All rooms have central heating with TVs, tea making facilities and a hairdryer.

Parking spaces available.
Secured area for bicycles available.
No smoking allowed except in the conservatory.
Well behaved dogs welcome.
Open March - December.
Close to all amenities.
The Needles Pleasure Park and Yarmouth to Lymington Ferry are both within five minutes drive.

Directions
On Leaving The Car Ferry At Yarmouth:
Turn right onto the A3054. After about 2 miles you will see the Colwell Bay Inn to your left; shortly after Colwell Common will appear on your right.
Half way along turn left into Warden Road. The Hoo is on the corner of Colwell and Warden Roads.



After leaving passenger ferry at Ryde take the train one stop to Ryde Esplanade. Then board bus 7 or 7a towards Alum Bay (via Newport & Yarmouth). Get off at Colwell Bay and walk in same direction as bus for about 5 minutes. You will see The Hoo on the corner of Colwell & Warden
