    Receive a warm and friendly welcome at our family run guest house, just 50 metres from Weymouth Beach.

    We have renovated our beautiful 1860 Grade II Listed building, keeping original features but making the guest house, clean, spacious, comfortable, relaxing and contemporary.

    We welcome children of all ages, and we can provide cots, highchairs, change mats and bottle steriliser if required. Our family rooms can sleep up to 5 people.

    All rooms come with TV, radio clock alarm, complimentary toiletries, hospitality tray as standard. Family rooms come complete with DVD player and mini fridge. We have a guest lounge for your use with DVD player.

    We are situated seconds from Weymouth beach, short walking distance from the town centre, harbour, RSPB bird reserves, Sea Life Centre and many more local tourist attractions.

    We are Condor Agents and can arrange Day trips to the Channel Islands direct for our guest house. We are minutes from the Condor terminal and we cater for late check in and early breakfasts.

    Storage facilities for bikes, wet suits and fishing equipment.

    Our breakfasts are cooked to order, using fresh local produce.

    Shared bathroom rooms are available from £22.00 per person per night Low Season - £26.00 per persom per night High Season. (£140.00 per person per week - £168.00 per person per week).

    Child discounts of 50% aged 2-14 years under 2 years are Free.

    By Train:
    Head towards the seafront, turn left at the Jubilee Clock DO NOT cross over to the sea front side. Continue towards St Johns church and turn left into Lennox Street, we are the first guest house by the mini roundabout.

    By Road:
    Take the A354 towards Weymouth Town Centre / Seafront - once past St Johns church turning onto the A353, turn right before the pedistrian crossing. We are the first guest house on the left by the mini roundabout.
