    Sue and Dave Pitman welcome you to The Florian Guest House, which is situated just 15 minutes walk from Weymouth town centre and the beach.

    Weymouth is a traditional seaside town with a long and safe sandy beach where life is taken at a slower pace. Great for taking it easy with plenty of outdoor space for children.

    We are also well placed for business travellers as we can be reached without going through the town centre and in easy access of all the main business estates.

    Florian is a traditional Victorian house, on four floors, with car parking at the front and at the rear is a south facing garden. This is ideal if visiting with young children, as adults can sit and relax while the children can play in the secure garden.

    We serve early breakfasts for guests travelling on the Cross Channel Ferry or going on fishing/diving trips. There is storage for bikes, windsurfing boards, diving equipment etc.

    An outside tap is available for the rinsing of sports equipment plus drying facilities for wet clothes. For guests walking the South West Coast Path, we can provide luggage transport.

    There are six bedrooms arranged on three floors. A large family room on the ground floor. One family room and one superior double on the first floor. Two twin rooms and a double room on the second.

    All rooms are en-suite or with private facilities and have TV, fridge, hairdryer, radio/alarm clock and tea/coffee tray. There is free wireless Internet access in all rooms.

    The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. Keys are provided and guests have access throughout the day. All rooms are serviced each day. Towels and toiletries are provided.

    Breakfast is served in our sunny dining room, which is on the lower ground floor. There is a choice of fruit, cereal and yogurt, followed by a freshly cooked breakfast selected from the menu.
    This is accompanied by tea or coffee and toast with preserves. We have decaffeinated tea and coffee available along with fruit teas.

    While in Weymouth you may like to try fishing. Dave skippers our own Charter Boat 'Atlanta'. This would need to be booked so ask when booking your accommodation. We can arrange short fishing breaks for clubs, or individuals, combining boat and accommodation in one package.

    Take the A354 to Weymouth. At Manor roundabout, by Morrisons, take 3rd exit. At roundabout take 1st exit. At roundabout take 3rd exit into Abbotsbury Road. Straight across junction with lights, St Paul's church on right, Florian 50 yards on left.

    From Wareham:
    Take A352 to Weymouth. At roundabout take 1s exit. follow road to seafront. At roundabout by clock tower take 2nd exit. At roundabout take 2nd exit, over bridge, at roundaboout take 2nd exit into Abbotsbury Road. Straight across junction with lights, St Paul's church on right, Florian 50 yards on left.
