    Located just 75 yards from Weymouth's glorious seafront, the Philbeach Guest House offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation within easy reach of Weymouth's Old Harbour, Condor ferry terminal and the multitude of bars, shops and restaurants.

    5 rooms are available; 3 doubles, 1 twin and 1 family, all offer an en-suite bathroom, with towels (changed daily if required), soap, shower gel and shampoo.
    Each room has TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

    We serve a sumptuous English or Continental breakfast as you prefer.

    The establishment is completely-non smoking and offers free-parking permits and wireless internet access for all guests.

    Directions
    The Philbeach is ideally situated for those travelling by car, train or bus/coach. We are located only 10 minutes walk or a short taxi ride from both train and bus stations. If travelling by car, the best route into Weymouth is on the A354 Dorchester Road. Follow this road to the Manor Roundabout and go straight over, you will see a Morrisons supermarket on your left. After 2 miles you will see a church in front of you, take the right-hand lane around the church keeping to the right, you will then see Waterloo Place to your right - the Philbeach is second from the end nearest to you on your approach.
