We are situated in the heart of filey in a victorian terrace on a quite street. We are only 5 mins walk from the rail and bus station and one street from Fileys shops and restaraunts. Fileys five mile beach is only a short walk from our house passing through the crescent gardens with lovely views across the bay.
Filey is a great place to visit and caters for all walks of life whether you are interested in bird watching, fishing,walking or just lazing about on the beach or sitting on the many benches Filey has to offer those weary legs.
Our house has resently had all the bedrooms refurbished to a high standard and are clean and comfortable. All rooms have Tv, drinks facilities,hairdryer,radio alarm/clocks and the family rooms have DVD players. The bathrooms are equipped with Towels, flannels,liquid soap and shampoo. three of our rooms have baths with shower over.
We offer a substantial full english breakfast along with cerial and juice, or if you would prefer something lighter off our menu.

Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. Low season Oct 07 - April 08 £26pp per night(bank holidays £28pp per night) High season May 08 - Sept 08 £28pp per night Open all year except Christmas eve & christmas day
