Middle Carr Farm is a Grade ll listed building, originally built in 1711 and renovated in 1986, overlooking the beautiful Rossendale Valley.

It is ideal for couples or individuals sightseeing or visiting friends or relatives in the area, who need tranquility and a place to relax and unwind.

Positioned within easy reach of the M66, M60, M62, M65, M6 and M55 and ideal for corporate clients.

We have three spacious bedrooms, two with a double bed and one twin bedded room, all with ample wardrobe space; they have thermostatically controlled radiators, are carpeted and have tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits, hair dryer, radio alarm clock and colour TV.

One bedroom is en-suite; the other two have a dedicated bathroom. Bathrooms have a bath, toilet, wash basin and separate shower cubicle and are fully tiled.

All bedrooms are located on the first floor, the staircase having thirteen steps.

There is a private lounge for guests with a colour TV, DVD player, radio and Freeview.

To the side and rear are gardens with benches for guests to relax and enjoy the views.

There is level parking with two step access to the property.

We are centrally located allowing easy access to Manchester, the Lake District, Liverpool, Howarth (Bronte Country), The Yorkshire Dales, Blackpool and the Fylde Coast.

Local attractions include, the East Lancashire Railway, Ski Rossendale, Rossendale Museum, Helmshore Textile Museum, Townley Hall, Gawthorpe Hall and Outdoor water sports.

Shopping outlets include, Oswaldtwistle Mills, Trafford Centre, Lowry Shopping Outlet, Freeport and many others.

Breakfast can be English, locally sourced whenever possible, or continental.

For evening meals, there is a wide variety of English and continental restaurants within one mile.

From the roundabout in the centre of Rawtenstall take the road to Edenfield past J A Taylors Ford car showroom. Immediately after the double bend 100 yds turn left up Hall Carr Road. At the top continue up the farm track facing you. Turn left round the back of the house on the left and continue along the track to Middle Carr Farm
