Situated on the edge of the village of Warmington, Springfield House (built around 1539) is one of the oldest houses in the village. Springfield House enjoys views across the valley towards Farnborough Hall.
The village is a Conservation Area and is well known for its fine Manor House and sizable Village Green The house has much history and was listed as an inn with 6 stables and 3 bed spaces in the King's survey of 1686. The gardens are open each year in June as part of the village Open Gardens.
Afternoon tea on arrival is always available - in the garden if the weather permits - and a truly memorable breakfast is served in the panelled dining room.
We currently have two large comfy rooms, each with private bathroom, TV and a range of beverages. An extensive library offers a wide range of reading material.
