    Situated just off the seafront and only a ten minute walk from the town centre and pier, Cambridge House is the perfect place from which to explore the sunshine coast, South Downs and nearby attractions.

    In the recently published "Quality of Life" survey, Eastbourne won the award for being the sunniest town in Great Britain 2007 averaging 34.6 hours of sunshine a week.

    At Cambridge House you will experience a high standard of comfort in our tastefully decorated, light and airy rooms; all of which are centrally heated and have a hospitality tray, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, and colour TV.

    Double, twin, single and family rooms are available for our guests, all with en-suite shower rooms. No surcharge for single occupancy

    Breakfast is served in our dining room and cooked with fresh locally sourced ingredients.

    By Train or Bus:
    A 15 minute walk through the town and along the seafront. Cambridge Road is on the left off Royal Parade.
    Pick up can be arranged from the train and bus station.
