An Edwardian family home retaining many original features offering a warm welcome with comfortable rooms. All of the individual rooms have colour TV, clock radio, hairdryers and a fully stocked hospitality tray.

We are centrally situated for the town centre, where there are many restaurants and pubs for your evening meal. The nightclubs in Newmarket are very popular, with people coming from far and wide to visit.

Transport links are a 5 minute walk away, with buses and trains taking you to Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and Ely locally with links to London.

The courtesy buses to and from the racecourses on race days drop and pick up just a short walk away, which is ideal after a busy days racing.
The evening meetings are very popular with groups and bands such as Jools Holland, The Sugarbabes, and Ronan Keating all having performed over the past 12 months.

Newmarket also has the National Stud, and The Horse Racing Museum, which are both very interesting to visit.

From the A14 enter Newmarket High Street. Turn off the main street into The Avenue, Cardigan Street is the first turning on the left, opposite Tattersalls Sales Ring. Follow the road up and round the corner, number 14 is a large 3 story Edwardian terrace house.
