    Holidays and short breaks in Wales offer the ideal opportunity to reduce your carbon footprint without compromise. Set in beautiful rural location and an ideal starting point for exploring mid and west Wales. Close to the famous village of Llanddewi Brefi, the lovely old Church of St David and the River Teifi.

    The house once the village forge is backed by the foot hills of the Cambrian mountains which offer unspoilt and spectacular scenery. Ffynnonddewi provides very high quality accommodation and food to make your holiday relaxing and comfortable. We offer personal service with attention to detail.

    Each room has colour TV, tea making facilities, clock radio, hair dryer and bathrobes.

    A third twin bedroom is available with shared access to the main bathroom.

    Complimentary afternoon tea with Welsh cakes will greet you on arrival and you are welcome to relax in the lounge.

    Guests may explore the garden which is being gradually restocked and restored to its former glory.

    All bedrooms are on the first floor, reached by a staircase with limited headroom and a top step turn.

    There is a non-smoking policy throughout the house.

    The lounge is reached by three steps down.

    There is a wide choice of breakfast menus to suit all tastes including vegetarian options.

    The evening meal must be booked 24 hours ahead.
    Fresh ingredients are used to make a variety of homemade dishes and, at the time of booking, your personal likes and dislikes will be noted.
    All meals are prepared by the proprietors.

    Directions
    Car form M4 Jct 49 through to Llandeilo and then to Lampeter. From Lampeter travel 7 miles towards Llanddewi Brefi on B4343. Turn left before the village and go 1/2 mile towards River Teifi crossing at Pont Gogoyan.
