    This Edwardian property, originally built as a gentleman's residence around 1904, is now a small family run guest house.

    Standing in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a bowling green, we are only 6 minutes walk, through the Museum Gardens, to the famous Minster and the City Centre; we are only 10 minutes walk or a short taxi ride from the railway station, with its excellent rail links to the rest of England.

    Guests can enjoy comfortable accommodation, wholesome food, service with a warmth and friendliness that will ensure you feel at home from the moment you arrive; we try to provide good value for money and an informal atmosphere in which you can truly relax.
