    Annie's Guest House is a family-run, relaxed and friendly Bed & Breakfast in South Shields, Tyne and Wear, UK.

    Annie's is ideally located just a few minutes walk from local parks and beaches, shopping areas, restaurants, great nightlife and local transport links. Free parking is available right outside Annie's and we are just a few minutes walk from the Tyne & Wear Metro (train), South Shields bus station and the South Shields ferry terminal. Arriving by bike? We are just a hundred yards from a National Cycle Route and we are happy to offer free on site overnight cycle and motorcycle parking.

    Annie's offers clean, comfortable, quality accommodation at very competitive rates all year round. For your comfort all our rooms have double-glazed opening windows complete with black-out roller blinds, individual temperature controls, study desk with lamp, TV's with Freeview, free wireless internet, alarm clock, refreshments tray, hairdryer and big soft towels.

    We serve a full English breakfast (freshly cooked to order) from 6.30am seven days a week and guests are offered the use of a fridge and microwave in Annie's dining room. Special diets (gluten/wheat-free, milk-free, Vegan, Vegetarian etc.) catered for by prior arrangement.
