    Smithfield Farm B&B is situated in Builth Wells in the beautiful Wye Valley, away from the hustle & bustle of life yet only 2 miles from the market town of Builth Wells in the heart of mid Wales and the Royal Welsh Show Ground.
    The house is situated 200yds off the main A470 giving excellent access to the whole of Wales.

    This secluded en-suite room is a modern extension to a 150yr old stone farmhouse with French windows giving a panoramic view of the Wye Valley and the hills above the Royal Welsh Showground at LLanelwedd.
    The room is en-suite and has its own garden area and front door, you have the freedom to come and go as you please.

    We provide a luxury leather double or twin bed, full complimentary tray, LCD digital TV, music centre and a fridge.
    The bathroom has fitted units with shower, towels and toiletries for your use.
