    Holly Grove is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a quiet country lane in over 2 acres of garden with outdoor heated swimming pool, woodland and stream.

    All 3 bedrooms have their own bath/shower rooms, satellite TV, hairdryers, towels, wireless broadband etc. and are of a very high standard.

    Breakfast is served in the dining room and evening meals can be provided if required by prior arrangement.

    We do not usually accept children under 12 years of age.

    Our own dogs, cat and horses are usually in residence but you are welcome to bring your own by prior arrangement.

    The Coppelia Room: £40.00 - £50.00 per room per night including breakfast.

    The Stable: £30.00 - £50.00 per room per night including breakfast.

    7 nights stay in The Nutcracker Suite £400.00 - £600.00 per week.
    7 nights stay in The Coppelia Room £150.00 - £300.00 per week.
    7 nights stay in The Stable £100.00 - £200.00 per week.

    Open all year.
    Book in time from 2.00pm.
    Check out time 11.00pm although can be flexible by prior arrangement.

    Disabled Facilities: There are no disabled facilities.

    Directions
    A267 to Eastbourne, travel through Cross in Hand towards Heathfield and turn Right onto the A267 signposted Horam/Eatbourne. Travel for approx 1 mile and turn R immediately after Little London Garage. Travel down the lane past Little London Farm and a grass triangle on your left, at the triangle bear right to keep travelling down the hill and we are the next property on the left hand side.
