Built in 1841 the house was originally a farm house. The house is situated near Bridgwater in Somerset, just outside the pretty village of Spaxton, at the foot of the beautiful Quantocks, with views across open fields to the hills.
Just a few minutes drive from junctions 24 and 25 of the M5 motorway.

The town of Taunton is also within easy reach via a very pleasant drive over the Quantock Hills.
It is also close to Exmoor National Park, the Blackdown Hills and the Somerset Levels, making it perfect as a base for walking or cycling.

General Accommodation:

There are three large bedrooms; bedroom one has a king size wooden bed and ensuite shower room; bedroom two has a king size wooden bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom; bedroom three has one king size and one double wooden bed with an ensuite shower room.
All rooms are decorated and furnished to the highest quality.
All rooms are fitted with 26" LCD screens and Freeview tuners providing ample Digital TV and Radio channels.

There is a dedicated cosy guest lounge with a log fire and Full Sky TV, a large dining area.
There is plenty of parking space available in the front courtyard.

Pricing and Opening Times

Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. Bedroom one: £70.00 per night (£50.00 single occupancy sun - thurs). Bedroom two: £70.00 per night (£50.00 single occupancy sun - thurs). Bedroom Three: £80.00 per night (£60.00 single occupancy sun-thurs). Book whole cottage £180 per night, sleeps up to 10. Wireless broadband available: Free. Guest Lounge with Sky TV: Free (including sports & movies). All prices are per night (Discounts for extended stays!).

Directions

Leave the M5 at junctions 23 or 24. Follow the main roads into Bridgwater and signs towards Minehead/Cannington A39. Follow signs to Spaxton village. Beware the lanes are narrow and windy. We are before the village of Spaxton amongst the fields! There is a sharp righthand bend in the road, we are on that bend.
