    We are situated outside the village of Creca and surrounded by farmland with beauitiful views of the Solway Firth and Lake District Hills.

    Our home is at the top of a hill, between the M74 and the A75. Spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, may be seen from your room window.

    During your stay with us we will try and ensure that you are comfortable and that you have everything that you require. We do after all we want you to come back and stay with us again.

    If it is peace and quiet you require then we have it all available to you. You may relax on our Patio during the day or rest in our visitors lounge in the evening.

    There is very little traffic noise apart from the odd farm tractor and the sheep and cows in the adjoining fields have been told to keep the noise down to a minimum.

    Directions
    From M74:
    Leave the motorway at Junction 20. Take the B722 for Annan.
    2 miles further on turn left for Eastriggs, Chapelcross and Creca. ½ mile further on is Creca Village.
    Do not bear right at the bend in the road but go straight into the village.
    Lakeland View B & B is on the right hand side at the far end of the village after the 30 mile limit sign.

    From A75:
    If approaching from Gretna on the bypass towards Dumfries. Turn Right at the Eastriggs/Chapelcross junction.
    Follow the sign to Creca Village. Lakeland View B & B is on the right hand side at the far end of the village after the 30 mile
    limit sign.

    If approaching towards Carlisle from Dumfries. Turn Left at the Eastriggs/Chapelcross junction.
