    Polmena House B&B, Lostwithiel is a private home offering spacious en suite Bed and Breakfast accommodation in an idyllic, peaceful setting - 2.5 acres of landscaped gardens and pasture, hidden away along a quiet Cornish lane.

    Comfortable accommodation in a relaxed atmosphere with stunning River Fowey and valley views.

    Ideally situated for North and South coast beaches and all major tourist attractions and only six miles from the Eden Project.

    Both guest bedrooms have full en-suite facilities with bath and separate shower. All rooms have views over the river or garden and surrounding valley, colour TV, hot drinks tray, hair dryer and shower toiletries, Internet access.

    The Balcony Suite is an exceptionally large room with its own lounge area and balcony with wonderful views over the River Fowey and valley. The super king bed can be either a comfortable double or twin beds. DVD player.

    The Paddock room is an attractive double room also with lovely views of Lostwithiel town and Restormel Castle a mile in the distance

    Paddock Room: from £35 pppn for 2 nights; £33 pppn for 3 nights or longer

    From Liskeard/Plymouth direction coming into Lostwithiel on A390:
    Take the first left at the "Lostwithiel Welcomes You" sign, also marked with brown sign to "Earl of Chatham" (if coming from St Austell/Truro direction turn right here.
    At the next small crossroads turn left (signposted Lerryn/St Winnow).
    Proceed for 500 yards and take the right fork signed Newham/Polmenna.
    200 yards keep to left fork (signed Polmena House) and entrance gate is then 200 yards on your right.
