Eastbourne House is a high quality AA four star guesthouse just a few minutes walk from Gainsborough town centre, Trinity Arts Centre and The Sands venue. We have three well equipped en suite rooms and two more rooms with private facilities. We are the only AA four star rated accommodation in Gainsborough.

You will we offered a warm welcome and our comfortable rooms are fully equipped with plenty of storage, digital TV, generous hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers, radio/alarms and pedestal fan. Rooms are decorated in a light contemporary style and cleanliness is assured.

At breakfast We serve large rashers of free range bacon and Lincolnshire sausage from a local award winning farm along with locally sourced free range eggs. We cook with olive oil for its superior taste and health benefits. Vegetarian and lighter options are available. Help yourself to fruit juice, grapefruit, cereals, muesli, nuts and seeds, yoghurt and fruit.

Eastbourne House is within easy reach of Lincoln, York, Sheffield and the North Sea ferry port of Hull. Robin Hood Airport is only 20 minutes drive from Gainsborough. Convenient for Hemswell Antiques Centre and the Lincolnshire Wolds we are ideally located for a visit to Gainsborough, whatever the reason.

Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. Rooms priced from £35.00 to £70.00 with no seasonal variation. Open all year except Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Arrival before 4.00pm or after 10,00pm to be by prior arrangement.

Eastbourne House is situated on Trinity Street, the A159 close to the A631 junction. When traveling south on Trinity Street it is the last house on the left. If traveling north it is, of course, the first house on the right.
