    A beautifully converted Kentish Barn comprising three suites all self contained.
    Situated mid-way between Sevenoaks and Tonbridge on the B245 just ten minutes off the M25.

    The three suites each have two rooms and an ensuite shower room and toilet. Each sitting room has a sofa bed T/V, tea/coffee making facilities.

    The twin and double rooms are on the ground floor, with a conservatory/ sitting room. The upstairs room has a queen sized bed and separate sitting room with lovely views of local countrside.
    All rooms are very tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard.

    A full English breakfast is served with choice of cereals, fruit,and home made preserves. All produce is sourced locally and includes free-range eggs, bacon and sausages.

    Places of interest nearby include, Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Tonbridge Castle, Knole, Chartwell and Bewl Water.
    Local Golf Club include, Nizels, Knole Wildernesse and Hever.
