    From the historic village of Robertsbridge beautiful Bodiam Castle is only 3 miles and Battle 5 miles. Within an approximately twenty minute drive are Hastings, Rye and Royal Tunbridge Wells and the area boasts many fine gardens, including Pashley Manor, Sissinghurst and Great Dixter and historic houses.

    By Road:
    Main A21 runs from London to Hastings. Robertsbridge is approximately 10 miles from Hastings. Proceeding north on the A21 (Silverhill) from the Robertsbridge Roundabout take the first left-hand turning immediately following the lay-by. Slides Farm is on the left at the top of this lane. (If coming south on the A21 it is easier to go to the Roundabout and come back north on the A21 as detailed above as the lane is more easily visible).

    For guests arriving by train we are happy to collect from Robertsbridge Station which approximately 1 mile.
