    Chilworth House is situated in the historic village of King's Somborne in Hampshire and set in the valley of the River Test. Close by is the ancient Clarendon Way. This is a delightful area for those who love the outdoors.

    We offer bed and breakfast in a quiet modern house overlooking open farmland. The bedrooms are peacefully decorated with en-suite facilities. Breakfast is a choice of cooked English with local produce, Continental with a choice of locally made preserves, or the healthy option of a selection of fruits and porridge.

    There is safe off road parking, facilities for cycles / wet weather gear/ fishing tackle. Wireless broadband available.

    The local pub is a few minutes walk away for evening meals.
    Only a short drive away is a choice of some excellent English, Thai, and Indian restaurants and first class pub food.

    During the day enjoy the local walks, cycling on and off road routes, trout fishing on lakes and chalk streams, or (less than 30 minutes drive) the cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the country towns of Romsey and Stockbridge or the world heritage site of Stonehenge.
    Fishing /cycling tours/walking tours can be arranged on request.

    Southampton Airport is 30 minutes by car and Portsmouth about 50 minutes.
