    Clifton House is a very special place to spend time. Originally a coaching inn, we continue its long hostory of hospitality, providing boutique B&B in a convenient location, just 7 miles from Bath. Elegant accommodation and delightful gardens will make you want to prolong your stay.

    A warm welcome awaits you and you will find superior bedrooms, all with private facilities, some with four poster beds and delicious breakfast each morning. All rooms are well equipped and furnished to a high standard. We provide tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities, hairdryer and we are on hand to help with planning your stay in this wonderful area.

    You can walk to the superb shops, boutiques and vast array of restaurants and pubs serving top quality food - this area is renowned for its eclectic mix of venues and is popular with visitors and locals alike.

    There is a railway station within wasy distance, making Bath, London and other connections easy.

    Directions
    From M4, junction 16. Take A46 Bath. Continue straight approx four miles. At the first roundabout, continue on A46 signed Bath and this road shortly becomes a dual carriageway, taking you another 3 miles. Continue (do not take the Bath turn off) until the carriageway actually terminates at a roundabout and take the right turn B363 Bradford on Avon. Continue approx 4 miles until you enter the outskirts of the town. At the first mini roundabout, go straight on. Almost immediately, there is a pedestrian crossing with traffic lights and Clifton House is immediately before this, and the church, on the left hand side.
