Ideally situated on way to or from Scotland being just 3 miles from junction 43 of M6.

We are about 12 miles from Birdoswald (one of the Roman Forts) on Hadrian's Wall.

Lake Ullswater is a 20 minute drive away.

We are situated along A69 east of Carlisle with a lovely rural rear aspect with a stream running through the garden.

We offer a warm and friendly welcome with clean, comfortable accommodation.
A hearty cooked breakfast or lighter variations are served in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Vegetarians are also catered for.

Feel free to relax in the conservatory after your journey or sit on the patio listening to the stream running by.

We also have a table tennis table for the more energetic.

Directions
3 miles east of junction 43 of M6 in direction of Newcastle along A69. Follow A69 into the village of Warwick Bridge, round the S bend, past the road junction on the right until you see The George on the right. At this point turn right off A69 and then immediately left and we are next to the Post Office.
