    • Invertiel has been converted into a very comfortable and stylish home and offers superb quality accommodation in a central location.

    It has that feeling of warmth and relaxation as soon as you are welcomed at the front door and privacy is assured with your own keys and unrestricted access at all times.

    Situated only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Kirkcaldy and only 2 minutes walk to the town's railway and coach stations it offers great value for an over night stay or a week away from it all.

    All our rooms have private en-suite shower rooms and toilets and are individually decorated. A hospitality tray in every room with tea/coffee facilities and flat screen TVs with DVD players and a large selection of free movies for guests. Lots of information is available on things to see and do in the immediate area and beyond.

    Our breakfast room offers a superb choice of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts with a lavish Scottish full breakfast to follow. All included in the price of your room. If you have a favourite breakfast dish just let us know the evening before and we will do our best to supply it for you.

    Kirkcaldy is on the coast and is an ideal base to visit Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Dundee and lowland Scotland.
