    Welcome to Lobhill Farmhouse.

    Lobhill Farmhouse is ideally placed to explore both Devon and Cornwall. Situated on the West Devon Drive, previously the Old A30, this beautifully renovated 125 year old stone farmhouse enjoys the enviable position of being just three miles from glorious Dartmoor and still within easy reach of the coast.

    Woodland walks, cycle routes, golf, riding and fishing can all be found locally with many excellent pubs and restaurants nearby. Tavistock, an ancient stannary town, is easily accessible as is Plymouth and Exeter, offering many attractions such as theatre, restaurants and shopping centres.

    We offer high quality accommodation and good, local food.
    We have a double ensuite room, a twin/double room with private bathroon and downstairs a spacious ensuite double/family room which has its own front door leading out into the large garden, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea in our summer house or walk further through woodlands to the lake side.

    Pet Facilities: Pets are allowed. We have good outdoor facilities (large garden and woodland on our doorstep) but sorry cannot accept pets indoors.

    Special Diets Provision: Special diets are catered for.
    Disabled Facilities: There are disabled facilities. We have a spacious double/family en suite room which is downstairs.

    Directions
    Leave the M5 (junction 31) and take the A30 for Okehampton. By-pass Okehampton and leave the dual carriageway at Sourton Cross Junction. Take a right and immediately a left sign posted for Lewdown to find yourself on the West Devon Drive, previouly the old A30. Travel on this road for approx. 6 miles. Lobhill Farmhouse is on the left one mile before Lewdown.
