    Beech Grove Lodge is a charming 3 star Guest House offering bed and breakfast.

    Our Edwardian House with some original features is situated in a pleasant tree lined avenue and is centrally located.

    We are a non-smoking bed and breakfast and offer five charming en-suite guest bedrooms all with colour tv, most with freeview, clock radio alarms, tea and coffee making facilities, an excellent choice of breakfast, a guest lounge with TV and DVD and off road parking.

    Southbourne has a beautiful sandy Blue Flag beach, a good shopping centre, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Fishermans Walk and gardens are just a couple of minutes walk away from Beech Grove Lodge.
    Public transport links are also closeby.

    Fishermans Walk is a pleasant way to reach the cliff top where the beach can be reached via a zig zag path or by the cliff lift.

Beech Avenue is the first turning on the right where you will find Beech Grove Lodge.
