    An early Victorian house built on a generous scale very much in the style of the period.
    You will be assured of a warm and friendly welcome by the proprietors Nicole and Reg Gilbert, a French and English couple.

    In the morning a good hearty full English breakfast superbly cooked to your taste.

    Double Rooms with en-suite shower or private bathroom. All with TV, tea and coffee making facilities. 3 or 4 bedded room with cot.

    Secure car parking, picturesque views over Kiln Forest, short walk from mainline railway station. Ideal for walking or exploring Ashdown Forest, central for touring Sussex, Kent and the south coast, 30 minutes from Gatwick, 20 minutes from M25, 6 minutes from Royal Tunbridge Wells, just over one hour from Eurotunnel Terminal. English and French Spoken.

    We can cater for vegetarian, diabetic, some disabilities. Please be aware we do not have ground floor bedrooms. No smoking or pets (Except For Guide Dogs), walkers and cyclist welcome.

Go east along High Street leads into Crowborough Hill (B2100) through mini roundabout after this Green Lane (B2157) is the fourth turning on left, we are about 250yds from that junction on the right.     Our car park is through the tall black wrought iron gates which will be opened for you on arrival.
    10 minute walk from Crowborough mainline station from London Victoria or London Bridge.
