    A luxurious, vaulted and timbered double bedroom and cottagey twin, both ensuite, fabulous dining room and spacious sitting room with log fires - result, a real Exmoor welcome!

    Touring Exmoor, or just seeking a comfortable relaxing weekend, Monkscider House offers the perfect solution, with its huge double bedroom with vaulted and timbered ceiling (and similar bathroom), its comfortable twin with separate ensuite dressing and shower room, a long dining room where we serve local foods in a sumptious breakfast - and a large traditional sitting room with huge log fires for cold winter evenings.

    We are on the A39 on the Eastern edge of Washford - just 500 yards on the left past Tropiquaria (a converted BBC radio staion which still has the radio masts) The 28 bus fromTaunton Railway Station passes the B&B. We are in a groupd of converted barns.
