Oakfield is in the village of Llyswen on the main A470, 50 miles from Cardiff. It was built in 1914, set back from the main road in its own grounds and is of great character.
There is a choice of two bright and well decorated bedrooms, one double ensuite and one twin with private bathroom. Both rooms have a colour television, beverage tray and hairdryer with views of the open countryside and Wye Valley.
On the ground floor there is the breakfast room with adjoining conservatory where all guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the scenery or watch a spot of television at their leisure.
Mr & Mrs Phillips pride themselves on making their guests very welcome within their home for the duration of their stay.
The market towns of Brecon, Hay-on-Wye and Builth Wells are within easy and accessible travelling distance, panoramic views of the Black Mountains and Wye Valley and the Brecon Beacons National Park is also within a short drive away.
