Claire and Jason welcome you to the pavilion guest house, which is centrally located just off the seafront. Close to all the ammeneties the town has to offer, such as the famous lanes, the Royal Pavilion, the pier, coach and train stations.

Rooms have hospitality tray, radio alarm clock, hot and cold water, colour television, 24 hour access with your own key, central heating for the cooler months.

The price includes a quality breakfast, cooked fresh by your hosts every morning and comprises of: Tea or Coffee, Orange Juice, Cereal, Toast and English or Vegetarian Breakfast which is guaranteed to be served with a smile!.

Directions
From the train station we are a 15 minute easy walk straight down Queens Road into North Street then across the old stein into St James Street we are 5 turnings on the right, alternatively pick up the 7 Bus.

By car drive to Brighton Pier, in front of pier is a mini roundabout take a left and we are 5 turnings on left off Marine Parade, the coach station is a 5 minute walk away on the sefront.
