    Rooks Hill is a beautifully renovated grade II listed country house situated on the edge of the picturesque Sussex Downs in West Sussex. It has a stylish contemporary feel yet still retains much of it's original 17th century character.

    The beautiful historic city of Chichester is 5 minutes away with it's wealth of culture including the famous Chichester Festival Theatre. Goodwood and it's world famous Motor Circuit and racecourse is only 2 miles away.

    We offer luxurious en-suite bedrooms in a warm and friendly, relaxed atmosphere ideal for both leisure and business clientel.

    Our breakfasts - served in the sunny oak beamed breakfast room include: Full English breakfast, smoked salmon, kippers,fresh fruit platter, cereals, yoghurts, homemade bread, eggs from our own chickens, fresh juices, local honey and homemade preserves.
