    The Balmoraland Terrace guesthouses are prominently situated on Roker seafront,within easy access of the City Centre, Sunderland University,Empire Theatre, Sunderland Stadium of light football ground and Sunderland Bowling alley. The National Glass centre and Marina are only minutes away, as is the finishing point for the C2C bike ride.

    We have recently installed a computer with high speed broadband for guests use. The Balmoral and Terrace have single's twin's, double's and family bedrooms, or for that special occasion why not stay in our Four poster which overlooks Sunderlands coastline. All rooms have double glazing and central heating, most of them having stunning views of the sea.

    At breakfast time please help yourself to our good selection of cereals, yoghurts and fruit, then enjoy a hearty full English breakfast or something from the menu. Orange juice is freely available. We will do our best to cater for any other requirements. Please do not hesitate to ask at the time of booking.

    For those wishing to dine locally, there are an array of bars and restaurants close by, or a ten minute walk takes you to the neighbouring resort of Seaburn, where you will find Indian,Italian and chinese food to tempt you. For the less adventurous we have many seaside fish and chip shops only a stones throw away.
