    A charming Edwardian 4 star guest house 'Mellstock House' has six delightful en-suite bedrooms most with countryside and sea views. Only one minute from the beach with a fully licensed bar and dining room, delicious home cooked breakfasts and freshly prepared evening meals are served daily, using the highest quality local produce. All dietary requirements and food allergies are catered for.

    Mellstock House is situated directly on the 'South West Coast Path' on the edge of Exmoor, ideal for walking holidays, Combe Martin boasts some of the best coastal views in the UK and only a few miles from the golden sands of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde.

    There are a whole host of activities on the doorstep, including cycling, fishing, golfing, horse riding, surfing and walking and of course relaxing by the sea!

    Directions
    From the East/North & South:
    On the M5 motorway, at Junction 27, travel west on the A361 towards Barnstaple. Before you reach Barnstaple turn right on to the A399 to Combe Martin. Follow main road and head towards to the seafront then bear left, uphill, with sea on your right hand side. We are approx 200m on the right.

    From the West:
    Either A386 or A39 to Bideford, then follow A39 through Barnstaple to Combe Martin. Then follow above. If coming in on A399 from Ilfracombe we are on the left, down hill approx 200m before seafront.
